memo© measures personality traits crucial for career success and teamwork. The Internationality Test measures three of the factors closely related to intercultural competence and the ability to work effectively in an international environment.

The methodology and comparative data of the Internationality Test are based on the large scale Erasmus Impact Study (2014, 2016) published by the European Commission and conducted by an international consortium led by CHE Consult.
